Claim Warranty

The RFS Hydrogen Generator comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.

IMPORTANT WARNING:

• V1C / V2 - MIXTURE OF 90% KOH THAT MEETS OUR KPI/SOP
  (7.24g – 10g of Potassium Hydroxide per 1 litre of water) (MAXIMUM LIMIT).
   
• CONTROLLER – V2 (5V, not exceeding 2.5AMP) AND V1C (5V, not exceeding 1.0AMP).
